DEEPHAVEN, Minn. – Lake Superior State (LSSU) senior goaltender Ethan Langenegger (Kamloops, B.C.) has been named the CCHA Goaltender of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday.
Langenegger recorded 34 saves in the Lakers’ Mason Cup Semifinal game at Bemidji State on Saturday, and his 34 saves were tied for the league-lead on the day with Minnesota State’s Alex Tracy while allowing one less goal while between the pipes.
This marks Langenegger’s second CCHA weekly honors of the season.
