SAULT STE MARIE, MICH. On November 18, 2020 troopers from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Sault Ste. Marie Post were called to a residence on Hulbert Road in Hulbert Township after the homeowner found a male subject knocking on the door.
When troopers arrived, they made contact with 42-year-old Brian Pas from Holland, Michigan. As a result of the troopers’ investigation, Pas was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense and Driving While License Suspended.
Pas was arraigned in the 91st District Court in Sault Ste. Marie on November 19, 2020. His bond was set at $5000.00 in addition to other conditions. Pas is due back in court on December 03, 2020.
Pas is considered innocent unless proven guilty
