BMIC to host the Annual Superior Whitefish Festival

BAY MILLS – The Superior Whitefish Festival returns to Bay Mills Indian Community on Saturday, July 25. Residents and visitors alike will gather for the day to celebrate one of the Upper Peninsula’s most treasured resources, the Whitefish, and the cultural significance surrounding it.

The festival will be held along the shores of Lake Superior and will highlight the cultural, historical, and economic importance of Whitefish to the region. Attendees will enjoy a day filled with activities that includes cultural demonstrations, live entertainment, food, games with cash prizes and various vendor booths.
