Sault Wrestlers Compete in Alcona MYWAY

This weekend several of your Sault City wrestlers traveled to Lincoln, MI to compete in the Alcona –
MYWAY preseason wrestling tournament. While Eldred, Hering and Laitinen used this tournament as a
warm up for the regular season, Parr was able to work out the butterflies of his first ever matches.
Results: Alessa Eldred 0-3 (4th), Elijah Parr 2-1 (3rd), Braedyn Hering 2-1 (2nd), and Danny Laitinen 2-0
(1st).

This weekend Sault City will travel to Kalkaska for their second and final preseason tournament.

develop a good competitive spirit, develop a cohesive team unit and promote friendship and respect for
others, among wrestlers and others.
