Margaret Rose McKerchie

Margaret Rose McKerchie, age 80, of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at War Memorial Hospital.

Margaret was born on October 16, 1941, in Sault Ste. Marie, MI to the late Clifford and Rose (LaGace) Lockhart.  Margaret enjoyed dancing, country music, word search, crocheting, and playing cards (cribbage was her game).

Margaret is survived by her children: Fredrick Rolston of Sault Ste. Marie, Alice Rolston of Florida, Joseph Rolston, and Connie (Richard Rapson) Rolston both of Sault Ste. Marie; nine grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Margaret is also survived by her brother: Harold (May) Lockhart of Sault Ste. Marie; and her sister: Doreen Line of Canada.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: William McKerchie; and three siblings: Vera McKie, Walter Lockhart, and Carl Roach.
