Roberta (Bobbi) Hill Root passed peacefully November 10, 2021 surrounded by the people she dearly loved. Bobbi was born January 7, 1952 in Mt. Macomb and lived in many places but dearly loved the Upper Peninsula. She was predeceased by her biological father Harold Hill and her Step Dad David Smith and her Mother Bertha Andrews Hill Smith. Bobbi had one sister Patricia (Patti) Smith Newby and one almost sister Glenda Fletcher Logsdon.
She was blessed with three children Annie Jean (Joey) Essiambre, Steve Root, Nicole (Jennifer Lilly) Root and two almost sons, Michael and Paul Fox. Several grandchildren, Maryssa Craycraft, Jordan Lowes, Jada Lowes, Tyler Root, Kyle Root, Brooke Root, Grace Root, Trevor J Root and great granddaughter Everly Rose.
She loved road trips, laughing, reading, and talking with friends in person and on Facebook. She was generous, giving, and loving would do anything for anyone.
To those of you who enriched her life, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our thanks to the staff at War Memorial Hospital for their compassion during her very brief stay.
