Charles John Nunnemaker Jr, age 87, of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, died on October 10, 2026, at Medilodge of Sault Ste. Marie. He was born on March 16, 1939, in Austin, Texas, to Charles Sr. and Iva Nunnemaker.

There are no words to express the pain of losing someone who has meant so much to us. Our dad will forever hold a special place in our hearts. He was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather.

Charles was a member of the American Legion Post #3.

Charles is survived by his wife, Brenda; children, Rob Nunnemaker and Kevin Nunnemaker, both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kelly Nunnemaker of Fairview Heights, Illinois, and Jon Nunnemaker of Jonesville, North Carolina; grandchildren, Breanna, Holly, Jon, Kristen, Jennifer, Joey, Ryan, Justin, Chase, Carson, and Jaron.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Iva; and grandchild, Jordan.

Per Charles Wishes, no services are being held.

You will always be loved, forever missed, and never forgotten. Until we meet again. We love you.
