ROSCOMMON COUNTY, MI. In January 2026, troopers from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Houghton Lake Post began investigating an alleged sexual assault involving a juvenile.
Preliminary investigation indicated that Mark Sharrow, 37, of Warren, allegedly sexually assaulted the juvenile in Roscommon County in 2025. A search of Sharrow’s residence resulted in digital evidence being seized.
Following the investigation Sharrow was charged with:
✔️ Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree (during felony)
✔️ Aggravated Child Sexually Abusive Activity
✔️ Using a Computer to Commit a Crime (two counts)
✔️ Criminal Sexual Conduct Third Degree (person thirteen through fifteen)
✔️ Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material
Sharrow was arraigned on September 9 in the 82nd District Court in Roscommon County. Sharrow was not given a bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for September 21 at 10:00 a.m.
