UPDATED: Police asking for assistance in locating missing 15-year-old from Mackinac County

UPDATE: The missing juvenile has been found!

Evelyn Bazinau was found by Search Team Personnel just before 4:00 p.m. today. She is safe and with her family.

ORIGINAL STORY:
The Mackinac County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Evelyn Sue Bazinau, who is missing from Marquette Twp. in the Hessel area.

Evelyn was last seen at her residence around 9:00 PM on Tuesday night. She is believed to have left on foot, and her cell phone was left behind at the residence.

Physical Description & Last Known Clothing
Age: 15
Height: Approximately 5’3″ – 5’6″
Build: Slim
Hair / Eyes: Long brown hair / Brown eyes

Last Seen Wearing:
Black or brown hooded sweatshirt, pajama bottoms, and muck boots
