2026 Mackinac Island Community Foundation Scholarship Recipients

Mackinac Island Community Foundation trustees and staff are pleased to share news of recent scholarship decisions totaling $121,227 supporting students graduating from Mackinac Island Public School. This year we had an incredible group of students who exceeded academic expectations. School on the island has its own set of difficulties and limitations. The donors who created these scholarships saw those experiences not as obstacles, but as evidence of character and wanted to invest in the people this island has shaped. This year, the Mackinac Island Community Foundation is proud to award scholarships to seven outstanding graduates

The following awards were presented to students by Executive Director, Stephanie McGreevy, at the Mackinac Island Public School’s Academic Awards Ceremony on Monday, May 18.
