Lawrence William Hedberg, age 57, of Pickford, Michigan, died on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey, Michigan. He was born on February 8, 1969, in Charlotte, Michigan.

Lawrence grew up in Manistique alongside his two sisters and graduated from Manistique High School. He continued his education for a short time at Lake Superior State University. Lawrence later moved to California, where he began his career in construction before eventually returning to Michigan. He met the love of his life, Connie Sincerbox, in Sault Ste. Marie, and the couple married on April 21, 1997. Together they made their home in Pickford and were blessed with their daughter, Evelyn.

Lawrence was a proud member of the Michigan Pyrotechnic Arts Guild.

Lawrence had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and loved gardening and caring for bonsai trees. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing, and in recent years, he found enjoyment in raising his puppy, Russ, and playing Minecraft and viewing religious studies.

Lawrence is survived by his wife, Connie; daughter, Evelyn Faith Hedberg; mother, Deborah Sinclair of Grand Rapids, Michigan; sisters, Deborah (Jerry) Adams of Lowell, Michigan and Barbara Kelp of Albany, New York; uncle, Larry (Samantha) Hedberg; and aunts, Kathy (Al) Weymouth and Cheryl Casteel.

Lawrence was preceded in death by his dad, Robert Hedberg.

Per Lawrence’s wishes, no services will be held at this time.
