Calvin Lew Nolan, age 41, of Rudyard, Michigan, died on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan. He was born on December 12, 1984, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, to Mick Marble and Debra (Nolan) McDonald.

Calvin loved hunting, fishing and having a good time. He was known for helping others, having a big heart, and being the life of the party.

Calvin is survived by his daughter, Baylee; mom and dad; and several siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins who will all miss him.

Calvin was preceded in death by his father, Mick Marble; grandmother, Shirley Nolan, grandmother, Patricia McDonald; great-grandmother, Clarice Steele; uncle, Tom Captain; and aunt, Vanda Nolan.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at Family Life Funeral Homes, 24549 S. M-129 Pickford, MI 49774. The funeral service will follow immediately at 12:00 Noon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvin’s daughter, Baylee, through an account established at Central Savings Bank.
