Bentley Man Arrested for Multiple Counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct Against Children

ALPENA COUNTY, MI. In December 2023, the Michigan State Police (MSP) Alpena Post was asked to
investigate allegations of sexual assaults against children. The case involved the sexual assault of
victims under the age of thirteen.

The incidents began in 2018. The investigation led to an arrest warrant being authorized for now 58-year-old Larry William Page from Bentley. Bentley was arrested yesterday while leaving his home by the MSP Seventh District Fugitive Team and transported to the Alpena County Jail.

Bentley was arraigned today in the 88th District Court in Alpena County on ten counts Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree (Victim Under 13 Defendant over 17), and eight counts Criminal Sexual Conduct Second Degree (Victim Under 13 Defendant over 17). He was given a $100,000 cash surety bond. His next scheduled court appearance is on September 24, 2024, at 2:30 p.m.
