Local Wrestlers On Top At District Tournament

This past Saturday the Rudyard/Brimley Wrestling Team traveled to Westwood High School for D4 Individual Wrestling Districts.

The Bulldogs had four of their wrestlers place in the top four, which qualifies them for the Regional Tournament.

Bradley Hall (103 Lbs) took home the gold in the weight division, finishing with a pin in his finals match.

Deven Ellison (125 Lbs) placed 2nd in his weight division, falling short in his finals match with an 12-0 (Major Decision) loss.

Austin Davis (135 Lbs) placed 2nd in his weight division, giving up a pin in his finals match.

Marlon Staten (215 Lbs) placed 2nd in his weight division, falling short by way of a pin in his finals match.

D4 Individual Wrestling Regional Tournament will be this Saturday in Charlevoix. Congratulations to all wrestlers and Keep Building Bulldogs!
