Trisha Marie Leask, age 48, of Cheboygan, Michigan, died on March 2, 2024, at Mackinac Straits Health System – Emergency Department in St. Ignace, Michigan. She was born on October 3, 1975, in Petoskey, Michigan, to parents Chal Thomas and Gloria Jean (Gillmette) Leask.

Trisha grew up on Riggsville Road and then Cordwood Point in Cheboygan with her family. She graduated top 5 of her class from Cheboygan High School in 1993 and went on to earn Michigan State Degrees Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology and Kinesiology and Exercise Science. She lived and worked in the Atlanta and Charleston, South Carolina areas in document management and medical fields before returning to her hometown to raise her daughter.

Trisha is survived by her daughter Kiersten Jean Leask; brother, Noah Thomas Leask of South Carolina; Nieces, Brianna Marie Leask of South Carolina, Logan Mae Leask of Wyoming, and Peyton Lea Leask of South Carolina; as well as many other beloved family and friends.

Trisha was preceded in death by her parents, Chal Thomas and Gloria Jean Leask.

A Celebration of Life is planned during the week 4th of July 2024. Details will be later be made available.
