Timothy Joseph Beaulieu, age 54, of Sault Ste. Marie, MI passed away on April 24, 2023, at his home. Tim was born in Sault Ste. Marie, MI on November 21, 1968, the son of Bernard and Esther (Irvine) Beaulieu. He graduated from Sault High School with the class of 1987. He continued his education at Lake Superior State University earning a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and worked for a time in security management at Kewedin Casinos. Tim worked for more than 25 years at Chippewa Correctional Facility. He was a mentor to many new officers and Tim earned a Medal of Valor for heroism. Additionally Tim was a loyal friend , his integrity was valued by all who knew him. Tim will be missed tremendously. Heaven has gained good man. Tim was a proud supporter of The Soo Theater and he would be proud if donations could be made in his honor. He was a very friendly man who enjoyed hunting, spending time in the woods, time at the family cabin. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. Tim is survived by his parents: Bernard and Esther (Irvine) Beaulieu of Sault Ste. Marie, MI; brothers: Brian Beaulieu of Jupiter, FL and Robert (Kirstyn) Beaulieu of Sault Ste. Marie, MI; and the joy of his life, his nieces: Brynn and Iyla Beaulieu both of Sault Ste. Marie, MI. He is also survived by many loving cousins. A celebration of Tim's life is being planned for later this year.
