Robert “Bob” John Wilman, age 73, of St. Ignace, Michigan, died on April 21, 2023, at Pleasant View Assisted Living Facility in St. Ignace. He was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, on October 22, 1949, to William Gordon and Adel J. Wilman.

Bob loved a good game of Yahtzee or working on word searches. He enjoyed music and singing as well as bowling and had won countless medals. He had a passion for sports, especially the Detroit Tigers. A highlight of his life was when he was able to attend a live Tigers game thanks to Kathy, Heidi, and Eve.

To know Bob, is to love him. He was one of the kindest and sweetest man you will ever know.

Bob is survived by his sister, Kimberly Crook; niece, Julie Suggett; nephew, David Suggett; adopted family, Francis (Sharon) Stephenson; and his special family at Pleasant View Assisted Living, for the last 13 years, Kathy, Heidi, and Eve. Thank you for loving Bob and taking wonderful care of him. You were truly his family and home. Bob is now home with his mom, dad, and brother, William.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, William Wilman.
