Robert Charles Mack Sr., age 90, passed away peacefully at home on December 17, 2025, in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. He was born on October 15, 1935, in Detroit Michigan, and was educated in Mackinaw City, Michigan, attending both the public schools and high school there. He later pursued higher education at Bergen Community College in Paramus and Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey.

A proud veteran of the United States Army, Robert served from 1957 to 1961 as a radio repairman and was honorably discharged with a Good Conduct Medal. His professional life was marked by a dedicated career as an electrical engineer with BENDIX Corporation in Teterboro, NJ; DYMO Graphic Systems in Wilmington, MA; and Metal Improvement in Carlstadt, NJ.

Robert's faith was rooted in the Church of the Straits in Mackinaw City. He found joy in sports, especially baseball, basketball, football, golf, and tennis—and enjoyed reading Reader's Digest.

Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Diane Clara Mack, in 2008. He is remembered with love by his children: Robert Jr., James (Josephine), Gregory, Michael, and Arlene (Jerry Gregor). He was the cherished grandfather of Christine, Justin, Ashley, and Garrett. He also leaves behind his brother, James (Lorna) Mack, and his sister, Frances Mountjoy, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Robert will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, uncle, and friend to all who knew him. May he rest peacefully in God's eternal care.

Robert's final resting place will be Lakeview Cemetery in Mackinaw City, Michigan.
