Obituary For Mark Earl Bartley
Mark Earl Bartley, age 65, of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, died on March 16, 2026, at MyMichigan Medical Center - Sault. He was born on September 8, 1960, in Port Huron, Michigan, to Raymond and Marion (Murawski) Bartley.
Mark’s journey began on a horse farm in Port Huron, where he spent a decade doing work he genuinely loved. After that chapter, he transitioned into a more industrial role as a material manager at Inmont.
Eventually, he made the move to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, taking on positions at Kewadin Casinos and Flotation Docking Systems. In time, he found his place at Precision Edge in Sault Ste. Marie. There Mark was known as “the Master Blaster,” often remembered for carrying a small yet powerful whip.
In his free time, Mark loved camping and had a passion for remodeling vintage campers. He also enjoyed woodworking, watching NASCAR, fishing, and relaxing with a good, stiff drink.
Mark is survived by his son, Daniel (Brittany) Bartley, grandchildren, Audrey and Carter; brothers, Joe (Suzie) Bartley of Jacksonville and Thomas (Cindy) Bartley of Cedarville, Michigan; sister Melanie (Emmanuel) Gonzales of Port Huron, Michigan, Linda Newland of Sault Ste.
