Jeffrey Scott Bosbous, age 65, of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, died on March 16, 2026, at MacLaren Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey, Michigan surrounded by his family. He was born on November 18, 1960, in Sault Ste. Marie, to John Anthony and Cecilia Margaret (Beauchamp) Bosbous.

Jeff grew up in Sault Ste. Marie and graduated from Malcolm High School—affectionately known by him as the “cool school.” He was a natural entrepreneur, always finding work in construction and forming lasting friendships along the way. Jeff was a familiar face each morning at McDonald’s, where he enjoyed coffee and conversation with friends.

A true workaholic, Jeff took great pride in working with his hands. He enjoyed woodworking, helping build homes, fixing mobile homes, and especially installing windows—his favorite trade. Outside of work, Jeff enjoyed watching WWE wrestling, collecting coins, and cherished the time he spent with his son and grandchildren.

Jeff is survived by his son, Cody (Carley McGill) Bosbous; step-son, Paul Baier; their mother, Sherrie Steele; step-daughters, Kaylee (Brian) Davenport, and Kara (Jeffrey Beaudette) Laitinen; wife, Amy Bosbous; grandchildren, Sophia Bosbous, Eleanor Bosbous, Nora Baier, and Zelda Davenport; brother, Kevin Bosbous; sister, Tracey Wright; sister-in-law, Joyce Bosbous; Nephew, Brad (Mandy) Bosbous; Nieces, Lacie (Jason) Wojnaroski, Kamie (Grant) Mosley; and special friend LuAnne Crosby.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John Sr. and Cecilia; brother, John Bosbous Jr., sister-in-law, Denise Bosbous; and infant son, Tyler Bosbous.

Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, April 10th, 2026, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM at Family Life Funeral Homes, 4951 S. M-129, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783. The Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 PM.

Jeff’s final resting place will be at Riverside Cemetery in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
