Carl “Bruce” Campbell, age 72, of Melbourn, Florida died unexpectedly at his home on March 20, 2024. He was born on December 31, 1951, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, to Carl and Rosemary Campbell.

Bruce was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie and graduated from Sault High School with the class of 1970. He sailed the Great Lakes after high school and then found an employment as a Corrections Officer at Michigan Correctional Facility in Kinross. He later moved to Melbourn Florida, where he retired from Lowes.

Bruce is survived by his wife of twenty-eight years, Suzanne Clark; daughter, Jessica Campbell of Yakima, Washington; sister, Laura (Ted) Aikens of Sault Ste. Marie; brother, Keith (Donna) Campbell of Marquette, Michigan; grandchildren, Alex (Amaya) Campbell and Elizabeth of Yakima; mother-in-law, Angela Marie “Peg” Clark, brothers-in-law, Joe Clark, and Mike Clark; sister-in-law, Angie Kwiatkowski; grandson, Jaxson Havens of Melbourn and several nieces, nephew and great nieces and nephews.

Bruce is preceded in death by his sons, Matthew, and Ronald Campbell; parents, Carl and Rosemary Campbell; brother, Dale Campbell; father-in-law, Robert Clark.

Bruce’s request, no services will be held at this time.
