Obituaries

Camille Katherine (Saccone) Falcone, age 110, of Mackinac Island, Michigan, passed away peacefully at her home on August 28, 2023. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to Basila and Catarina (Farfala) Saccone on May 27, 1913.

Camille was born and raised in Cleveland and went to work for Joseph and Feiss as a seamstress where she devoted over twenty years of her life to the company. Camille met and later married Anthony Falcone. In her free time, she enjoyed bowling and she loved to read.

Camille is survived by her daughter, Camille (Marc) Bobinsky, of Mackinac Island; granddaughters, Laura (Kevin) Wilk and Anna Langstaff; great-grandchildren, Zachary Wilk, Madeline Wilk, Henry Langstaff; along with many nieces and nephews who will miss her greatly.

Camille was preceded in death by her parents, Basila and Catarina; husband, Anthony Falcone; brothers, Samuel (Helen) Saccone and Bill (Pauline) Saccone; and sister Mary Snipple.

Final resting place will be at Sunset Cemetery in Cuyahoga County, in North Olmstead, Ohio.
